1. Introduction
Independent Riders - Motorcycle club /complex idea of the club/
Independent Riders - Motoristic Club (hereafter IR - MK) is a club founded by František Kopáčik and he is the implementer of the idea of connecting motorists and all people of good will from all over the world. This idea will be taken up by a team of people who will tirelessly devote themselves to its fulfillment and give the green light to new forms for its development.
IR-MK is organized as Independent Riders, in the future a.s. the foundation and heart are the future shareholders and founders of this company with the ambition to build the largest motor organization in the world, serving for the benefit of all conscientious good people, on the principles of the old world order in the spirit of the idea
"CONNECT and COLLABORATE".
"Independ Riders" is a patented and protected trademark.
The main idea of IR - MK is to connect people, create new friendships, bring new experiences and, consequently, profit in all directions, including profit for our business and advertising partners. We all do something for a living and through our IR - MK we can offer goods or services directly to our members first-hand in the spirit of the motto "Help me and I will help you" This is how a strong personal contact is created. It is natural that a person prefers to buy goods from someone he knows or has been recommended by a friend. People are a social species, they like to meet, talk, have fun, exchange knowledge and experiences. For this purpose, IR-MK was created with the wish to "feel at home in our club". The creation of friendly bonds gives this whole project a special strength. Let every member of IR-MK feel like a member of one big community - a common family.
For us, the family is of primary importance and is sacred.
2 - club concept
The uniqueness and originality of the idea of IR - MK lies in 3 - the combination of the connection of a social, interest and leisure club with business-entrepreneurial commercial activity and charitable-educational activity.
IR - MK is ready to provide a complete service and cover its operation under our wings, while preserving our unique identity that characterizes our concept. One of the factors is the placement of our decorations and elements in the exterior and interiors, including the visibility of the IR - MK logo and our partners who are part of the project. For each IR - MK club, we will provide a complete supply of professional equipment for gastronomy as well as interior equipment from our suppliers - leading global manufacturers, of which we are direct distributors. In time, a central headquarters of IR - MK should be established in each individual country, to which other branches of IR - MK from other cities can contact. Each country will be registered on our website. Here it will have its own national section under the banner of the given country, where the complete activity of IR - MK in the given country will be conducted. We advise clients on how to successfully do business in the given area and how to make a high profit. This idea is satisfied with the creation of a project for a very successful franchise.
IR - MK is organized as an open club, providing a number of advantageous services and consumer commercial activities to both non-members and club members.
In charitable and educational activities, IR - MK will emphasize the protection of children and youth, support of young talents and development of their personality directly through the IR - MK foundation for children and youth.
The IR-MK project is now in your hands, and we strongly believe that you will support this project mainly so that none of the children is denied a full-fledged social application in the future and subsequent adequate financial evaluation of their work and the right to a bright future.

3 – types of clubs
• Diamond – a private club intended exclusively for VIP members of IR - MK and holders of the diamond membership card IR - MK
Club Diamant provides accommodation with wellness and a complete range of above-standard services at the highest level. It is intended for individuals who want to indulge in rest, relaxation and regeneration in comfort and with the highest possible comfort while maintaining privacy.
• Premium - public club intended for all members and non-members of IR – AMK.
The concept of the Premium club is based exclusively on the concept of newly built or existing establishments in the identity and style of IR - MK. These establishments provide comprehensive services to our members as well as non-members.

The very concept of the Premium building for the provision of services has several floors, the breakdown of which is as follows:

The minimum floor area of the building is 7500 m2, which is approximately 50x30=1500m2 per floor. The expected amount of the investment is €3,000,000. The return on the investment is 96 months and the monthly installment without interest is €31,250, while this amount will be financed from the income from the rent of commercial premises intended for rent of approx. 3000m2. • Klasik - public club designed for all members and non-members of IR – MK.
Klub Klasik offers the concept of establishments such as cafes and fast food, beer bars, wine bars, pastry shops, etc.
These operations will be arranged in cooperation with the IR-MK architect, while the identity of the IR-MK company will be preserved.
4 - activity of IR - MK
Start of activity in 2024.
Inviting and addressing Important Individual Partners (VIPs) to actively support the club in order to make the club visible and promote its ideas.
Admission of the first rank-and-file members of IR - MK from February 2024 in the Slovak Republic, the Czech Republic, Hungary and gradually in other countries.
By providing the relevant basic package to new members and using it, IR - MK gains passive advertising and at the same time means the support of our organization's partners.
The selected partners will have their logos placed on the IR - MK sports jacket, on cars and on trucks for transporting motorcycles.
Club clothing will ensure the identity and sense of belonging of IR - MK members. Everyone will know that he is a member of one wonderful community.
Social, interest and free time activity
Man is a social species. He needs social contact and association. He likes to meet, communicate, exchange information in conversations and share his experiences and experiences. He likes to travel, learn new things, engages in various common hobbies, IR - MK are an ideal place for such meetings, planning and organizing musical events, concerts or evening meetings with personalities from public and social life.
There is space in them for organizing joint motorcycle rides, outings for a specific goal, for a specific person, various thematic trips, veterans' rides, sports rides - racing academies - directly on the race circuit (on a car, motorcycle, go-kart), creating and further strengthening closer relationships at such social events.
Business and commercial activity
Consumption of our products and use of our services that IR – AMK offers in its establishments (restaurant, cafe, etc.)
A space for the sale and presentation of products as well as subsequent sales for IR-AMK members with subsequent profit for the club member (bonus card)
Charitable and educational activities.
Organizing skill rides. The goal of skill rides is to improve every cyclist and motorist in safe driving on a motorcycle or car. Protection of health and life is one of our priorities.
Organizing various charity events for children. Organization of educational, educational seminars and lectures for youth and adults.
Search and support of young talents and gifted children. Supporting their activities, their personal growth, development of their talents and talents.
5 - status of persons in IR - MK
It is possible to participate in IR-AMK activities to varying degrees and in accordance with the status of individual persons.
• Member of IR - MK - a member is a natural person, a citizen with the appropriate chosen type of membership (Diamond, Gold, Silver, Classic). They entitle the member to use benefits to the extent defined by the relevant basic package according to the type of membership.
• IR - MK active partner - natural or legal person participating in building and running club activities in the field of trade and services and actively participating in the promotion of IR - MK
• Passive IR - MK supplier - a natural or legal person is a passive supplier of their products or services to IR - MK.
• Customer IR - MK - non-member of IR MK
6 - membership and types of membership in IR – MK
Membership in IR - AMK can be acquired by paying the annual club membership fee, which is graded according to the type of membership to which the respective club card belongs.
VIP - admission of VIP members has the task of arousing interest in the activity of IR - MK and it is an honorary membership for a period of one year.
DIAMANT - annual membership fee of EUR 1000.
• Diamond membership entitles the member to use all available IR - MK services, including accommodation in club apartments and wellness use.
• The diamond card allows its holder to get a 22% discount on all IR - MK goods and services

• The basic gold membership package includes: gold card, t-shirt, shirt, polo shirt, vest, sports jacket, cap, patch and IR - MK stickers
SILVER - annual membership fee of EUR 100
• Silver membership entitles the member to use all available IR-MK services, except for accommodation in club apartments /if they are occupied/and use of wellness facilities.
• the silver card allows its holder to get a 15% discount on all IR - MK goods and services
• The basic silver membership package includes: silver card, T-shirt, sports jacket, cap, patch and IR - MK stickers
KLASIK - annual membership fee of EUR 50
• Classic membership entitles the member to use all available IR-MK services, except accommodation in club apartments and use of wellness facilities.

7 – identity of IR – MK and its members
The main protection of the identity of IR – MK is provided by the company's trademark and patent.
The creation of uniqueness and originality is supported by other elements supporting this identity.
• All newly built, us founded or franchised clubs will have a unique identity. When visiting any club in the world, its visitor will have a characteristic and special design in front of his eyes so that he can feel - like at home, anywhere in the world.
• Each property is different in its own way, but we will emphasize the uniform style and design of basic interior and exterior materials in cooperation with architects.
• Created a complete package of IR-MK clothing products and fashion accessories with our club logo on the front of the clothing and logos of selected IR-MK partners on the back of the clothing. / passive advertising for our partners /
• Ensuring the identification and strengthening of the belonging of individual members of the club will be implemented by assigning an identification number assigned to the name of the club member. The name and number, together with the IR - MK logo, will be incorporated into the "License Plate" patch placed on the member's clothing. The use of clothing modified in this way will fulfill the function of easy recognition and identification of IR - MK members, especially during joint events.
• Creation of a complete package of interior and exterior furniture and equipment for all IR - MK operations in a uniform spirit and unique design supporting the identity of our company.

Creation of a website, internet radio and social network
The website and social platforms are very important for this project. Active communication with members on social networks provides a unique opportunity to promote and support the sale of our products. We can do passive advertising for our business partners in this way. The creation of Internet radio and television creates a unique information space for members of IR - AMK with the possibility of using these media for passive and active advertising of our partners. These media will operate internationally.
Racing circuits and motor tracks
Not everyone is a motorcyclist or racer. However, each of us uses a car more or less. We will use circuit rides on various racing circuits, and especially on our domestic top circuit Slovakia ring, when organizing social awareness and sports events.
Our best racers will also take an active part in our circuit races. These riders will ensure high professionalism and will lead the circuit moto school.
Our company will own motorcycles that can be rented for circuit rides. Advertising space for advertising for our partners is created on these motorcycles. New riding experiences and skills from the circuits will be transferred by the participants of the riding skills to ordinary road traffic, which will increase its safety and thus reduce the risk of movement on the roads.
Many of us would also like to experience the active experience and feelings of a professional self rider when driving on a racing circuit. For this purpose, we will provide those interested with a two-seater motorcycle specially modified for tandem riding around the circuit. Our members will experience a unique experience that cannot be realized in any other way in normal road traffic.
Complete refreshments (catering), music production and various attractive programs (shows) will be provided at our events and rides on circuits. This will provide IR - MK members with a new attractive platform for unusual meetings, sports enjoyment, acquiring new skills, enlightenment and entertainment. The events are expected to include the participation of families with children, to which the program will be adapted to make it interesting for children and leave them with positive emotional experiences.
This is also one of the bonuses that IR - MK brings to its members. In this, the idea of circuit actions IR - MK is unique.
We expect friendliness from Slovakia ring in the implementation of our projects. Reciprocally, we intend to present the Slovakia ring in a passive way of advertising.

Supporting a disabled person and helping him return to a normal life is the most beautiful thing that can happen to this person. After all, work is an integral part of our lives.
